Your trusted senior living community in Iowa's Cedar Valley

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for you to participate in a research study conducted by a team from the University of Northern Iowa. This study is focused on examining mobility and balance among individuals 55 and older who are participating in the Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention (TCAFP) program hosted by NewAldaya Lifescapes.

The study will take place during our upcoming 8-week TCAFP program, running from August 20th to October 11th. This is a wonderful chance to contribute to valuable research while enhancing your own health and well-being through the practice of Tai Chi.

Study information is available at NewAldaya Lifescapes. If you have any questions or need further details, please feel free to contact Dr. Kimberly Hurley via email at Kimberly.hurley@uni.edu.

We look forward to your participation and hope you will join us in this important study.
