The Direct Support Associate is a vital member of the NewAldaya Lifescapes family. The primary purpose of your position is to lead residents in group or individual leisure interests and activities.  This includes assisting residents to engage in enriching, purposeful activities, and providing individual interventions for residents who are showing signs of anxiety or distress.
